Overview
ClearlyLED designs and supplies LED lighting systems engineered to meet or exceed the technical requirements of national and regional U.S. utility rebate and incentive programs, supporting both new construction and retrofit projects.
Our product selections, integrated controls, and accompanying documentation align with the qualification criteria most utilities recognize — including DesignLights Consortium (DLC) listings, ENERGY STAR® benchmarks, and applicable energy codes.
Rebate Qualification Standards
DLC Qualified Products List (QPL) and DLC Premium options where applicable
ENERGY STAR® performance benchmarks where required by program rules
High-efficacy luminaires meeting or exceeding standard lumens-per-watt (LPW) thresholds
Continuous dimming capability and advanced controls compatibility
Long rated life (L70) and warranty documentation supporting persistent energy savings
Lighting Controls & Enhanced Incentives
ClearlyLED lighting products support occupancy sensing, daylight dimming, and networked lighting controls (NLC) for projects pursuing enhanced rebate tiers.
Our integrated sensor options and control-ready drivers help maximize incentive values while maintaining full compliance with ASHRAE 90.1 lighting control provisions.
Code & Program Alignment
ASHRAE 90.1 — Lighting power density and control requirements
NEC (NFPA 70) — Articles 110, 300, and 410 for safe installation
IES lighting recommendations for commercial and mission-critical applications
UL and DLC certification standards
Rebate Documentation Support
ClearlyLED provides complete, rebate-ready documentation packages to simplify the incentive application process, including:
Manufacturer cut sheets with verified performance data
DLC and ENERGY STAR identification numbers
IES photometric files and summaries
Control narratives and zoning diagrams (when applicable)
Energy savings and connected load reduction worksheets
Applicability
ClearlyLED lighting systems are deployed in:
data centers, AI facilities, colocation sites, enterprise operations, and industrial/commercial environments requiring verifiable performance and long-term energy savings. Results
Projects using ClearlyLED products consistently qualify for standard and enhanced rebate tiers, reducing upfront capital costs and operating expenses, while advancing sustainability and ESG objectives.
Note
Utility incentive programs vary by region and are subject to change. Rebate eligibility and incentive values are determined by local program administrators. ClearlyLED collaborates with project teams to align product selections with current program requirements at the time of application.
